By accessing or using PostCraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

PostCraft is a web-based tool that helps users draft, format, and refine social media posts for platforms such as LinkedIn. The Service includes manual editing tools (Unicode formatting, emoji insertion) and AI-powered content refinement features powered by third-party large language models (LLMs).

3. User Responsibilities

By using PostCraft, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for all content you write, generate, edit, publish, or share using the Service. PostCraft acts as a tool and does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for any user content.
You will not use the Service to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
You are responsible for your account security. Do not share your password or account credentials with any third party. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.
You will comply with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any platform where you publish content created using PostCraft.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

PostCraft's AI refinement features are powered by third-party large language models (currently OpenAI). By using these features, you acknowledge that:

We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of any AI-generated or AI-refined content. AI outputs may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies.
All upstream provider terms apply. Your use of AI features is additionally subject to the terms, conditions, and usage policies of the underlying LLM provider (e.g., OpenAI's Terms of Use).
You must review all AI output before publishing. You bear full responsibility for any content you choose to use, regardless of whether it was AI-assisted.
PostCraft is not liable for any consequences arising from the use or publication of AI-generated content, including but not limited to reputational damage, intellectual property disputes, or platform penalties.

5. Our Obligations

PostCraft commits to the following standard obligations:

Service Availability: We will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform operational, but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseeable outages may occur.
Data Protection: We will protect user data with industry-standard security measures, including encryption at rest and in transit, and secure authentication mechanisms.
Content Ownership: You retain full ownership of all content you create using PostCraft. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your posts or drafts.
Fair Billing: We will charge only the agreed subscription amount. Any pricing changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice before taking effect.
Right to Delete: You may request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach affecting user data, we will notify affected users within a reasonable timeframe.

Beyond these obligations, PostCraft assumes no additional legal obligations, liabilities, or guarantees.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any content generated through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PostCraft and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to PostCraft in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive or fraudulent activity, or used the Service in a manner that could harm PostCraft or other users. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PostCraft operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
